Account and Data Deletion Request
This page has been prepared for Football Quiz users who wish to request the deletion of their application accounts and personal data associated with their accounts.
- Your Football Quiz user account,
- Your email address and profile information,
- Your username / display name,
- Your game history and progress information linked to your account,
- Your points and user-bound leaderboard records,
- Other personal data associated with your account
may be deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be associated with the user.
How to submit a request?
When you fill out the fields below and click the button, the email application on your device will open with a prepared deletion request message. You can complete your request by sending the message.
Which data may be retained?
Following your account deletion request, limited records that must be kept for legitimate reasons such as statutory requirements, security, prevention of fraud/misuse, or resolution of legal disputes may be retained for the necessary period. Personal data associated with the account outside of this scope will be deleted or anonymized.
Processing procedure
Additional verification may be requested from you to confirm that the request originates from the account owner. Once verification is completed, the request will be processed within the framework of applicable legislation and technical requirements.
